Terms of Service

Roidio provides AI-assisted advertising research, creative intelligence, workflow, and related SaaS features. The service may include dashboards, data views, account tools, subscription billing, AI-generated outputs, and integrations with third-party providers.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for product development, maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results from our failure to meet our legal or security obligations.

You may not share accounts in a way that bypasses plan limits, access controls, or subscription requirements. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features may be offered through free plans, freemium access, paid subscriptions, usage-based limits, or free trials. The plan, price, billing interval, trial duration, included limits, and renewal details shown at checkout or in the product apply to your subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the product billing flow when available or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, expressly stated in a separate written agreement, or approved by us at our discretion. Taxes, currency conversion fees, bank charges, and payment processor fees may apply.

Payments, checkout sessions, billing details, invoices, payment methods, fraud checks, and subscription records may be processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees and handle payment-related data as needed to provide billing services.

We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our own systems. Payment processing is subject to Stripe terms, security controls, and privacy practices.

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms other users, third parties, or our systems.

• Do not upload, submit, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or violates third-party rights.
• Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass access controls except where expressly permitted by law.
• Do not use the service to create, target, or optimize unlawful advertising or campaigns that violate applicable platform policies.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, government identifiers, or confidential third-party data unless the product expressly supports that data type and you have all required rights and consents.

You retain ownership of content, prompts, files, creative materials, account data, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in advertising, legal, financial, regulated, or high-impact decisions.

The service may rely on third-party providers, including Google Analytics, Stripe, Google Auth, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, OpenAI, Claude AI / Anthropic. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we use them to provide authentication, analytics, payments, advertising measurement, AI functionality, hosting, security, and operational support.

Roidio, our software, design, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, security events, or changes in third-party platforms may affect availability.

Support is provided through the channels, response times, and plan entitlements we make available from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay fees, violate law, or use the service in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion, export, and retention are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability where legally permitted.

You are responsible for validating data, analytics, recommendations, and AI outputs before making business, advertising, financial, or legal decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you did not pay us during that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Malaysia will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or sending account email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
